Microsoft launches cheapest mobile Lumia 430 Dual SIM for Rs 5299, will upgrade it to Windows 10

Image
Microsoft has launched its cheapest Lumia device in India, the Lumia 430 for Rs 5,299 and has assured that the Windows 8.1 smartphone will get an upgrade to Windows 10 once it rolls-out. The Lumia 430 is a Dual-SIM device which supports 3G in both slots which has a 4-inch WVGA screen (480×800) with a 1500 mAh battery. It has 1GB RAM and 8GB storage space. Microsoft has given the Lumia 430 additional storage space support via microSD for up to 128 GB which is quite a lot for a budget smartphone. Lumia 430 users get additional 30 GB of storage space on OneDrive as well.  Lumia 430 has a dual-core 1.2 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 2 megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera. Lumia 430 is the cheapest handset launched by the company till now. However in terms of specifications, this isn’t very inspiring as there are cheaper Android devices in the market like Canvas Spark, which offer a better camera and screen. Vodafone will offer buyers 500 MB of free data per month fo

New ZTE Nubia Z9 comes with 8GB RAM and 3.5 GHZ octa core

8 GB of RAM wow........feature. Isn't it....???????   The ZTE Nubia Z9  features have leaked, such as the bezel-less screen expected on the device.the Nubia Z9 will offer something that the company calls Fringe Interective Technology(FIT). This will allow users to adjust the volume or brightness, switch active apps and more merely by sliding one or two fingers along one or both edges. The ZTE Nubia Z9 has been certified by TENAA. As you probably know by now, this is the agency that is China's version of the FCC. It usually is pretty accurate when it comes to specs, but the information that it is passing along for the Nubia Z9 has us thinking that either someone made a mistake, or else this handset is going to be the most powerful smartphone yet. At 8.9mm thick and weighing 180 grams, the Nubia Z9 will be thicker and heavier than other recently released flagship handsets from competitors like Huawei. According to TENAA, the phone will carry a 5.15-inch 1080 x 1920 resoluti

T-Mobile's Samsung Galaxy S6 edge is upgrade to Android 5.1

Image
the latest and greatest build of Android is reportedly being sent out to the T-Mobile branded version of the Samsung galaxy S6 edge . A video was posted on social media showing the About Device page, which revealed that the Galaxy S6 edge in the video was indeed rocking Android 5.1.1. Some using the Nexus 5 are finding that their apps are crashing, and that the amount of free RAM on the phone is declining for no apparent reason. Closing active apps won't even increase the amount of free RAM. According to an XDA poster by the name of Sunderwear, who did take a screenshot of his updated Galaxy S6 edge, the phone is a lot snappier following the update. If your T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S6 edge has received Android 5.1.1.

Hands-on: LG G4

Image
Last year, LG impressed us for setting the bar high with its G3 – the first commercially available to offer the pixel crushing resolution of quad-HD; 1440 x 2560 pixels. the LG G4 intends to continue the momentum for the Korean company, as improvements are necessary to keep it ahead of the curve. Competition is fierce, that’s obvious, but it’s only the phones that execute on all levels that will earn the attention of consumers – it’s just getting more difficult to stand tall and impressive in the space. Design LG G4 design is an iterative one that bears some of the design characteristics of its predecessor, but offers newer materials that give it a subtle premium touch over last year's model. Aesthetically, the G4 sports an edgier look due to its hard lines – whereas with the G3, it appears more rounded in the corners. What’s more apparent, though, is the new pattern design the casing is exhibiting. Meticulously looking at it, there’s a diamond-like pattern with the

LG launched G4: 5.5 inch display and Snapdragon 808,3,000mAh and more...

Image
The device design is pretty similar to the G3 with almost similar dimensions and design with volume keys and power button on the back of the handset. However, this time around, the G4 is being made available in leather backs dipped in varying colours. Competing with the glass and metal used by other flagships, LG says each leather back takes about three months to build and uses materials found in luxury bags. The device is available in Metallic grey, Ceramic white and Shiny gold, while the genuine leather backs will be available in black, brown, red, sky blue, beige and yellow. Not all G4s will ship with a leather back though, and the removable plastic cover will come with a hammered pattern in either ceramic white or metallic gray. Each one will be curved though, albeit only slightly, with a 3000mm radius. The company claims that the gentle curve results in better handling and a 20% increase in rigidity. The LG G4 packs a 5.5-inch display of QHD resolution. LG has o

Ramos Q7: Windows phone with 7 inch display

Image
If you need mobile with large display here it is the new Windows mobile with arge 7 inch display.Earlier before Nokia Lumia 1520  and Nokia Lumia 1320 , both offering displays measuring 6 inches, and being a bit too big for quite many customers. Still, in case someone needs a WP device that's even larger, a little-known Chinese company called Ramos has made one.  Dubbed Ramos Q7, the device that we're talking about (pictured above) was recently showcased in Hong Kong. It runs Windows Phone 8.1, and sports a massive 7-inch display with 720 x 1280 pixels. Besides the impressive size, one of the handset's highlight features is the 4000 mAh battery, which is probably capable of offering at least 24 hours of usage.  The Q7 has a 5 MP camera on the back, and a 2 MP camera on the front. HSDPA, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage space, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor are also included.  There is no word on when or where the Ramos Q7 will be released. But we assume it'

Verizon is getting ready to update its Galaxy S4 . The new update from Verizon will update the software to build number LRX22C.I545VRUGOC1. With the Galaxy S4  launched more than a couple of years ago, it's nice to see that the two largest US carriers are updating the handset to the latest  major  version of Android.  The update will be gradually rolled out to Verizon customers rocking the Samsung Galaxy S4, so it may be a while before getting your Lollipop fix. HTC to launch a smartphone @15k to 16k in India in Q3.

Image
Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC is preparing to launch a handset made for India in the third quarter of this fiscal even as it considers manufacturing mobile phones in the country, underling the importance of the high-growth domestic market which is becoming a top priority for global brands such as Xiaomi and Samsung. "We have a third-quarter plan for our global launch in India to introduce a device which is specifically designed for the Indian consumer," Chia-Lin Chang, president of global sales and chief financial officer of HTC told ET. He added that India will be the test bed for the device that the company will later launch in other markets across the globe. HTC's handset will be priced at Rs 15,000-20,000, a range that has been a growth segment for the company for the past one year, according to Chang. The Indian market is extremely critical for HTC, he said, adding, "We were the first company to bring an Android smartphone to the country. Indian mark

Galaxy S6 users get stuck with limited RAM.....??????

Image
The Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge come with the latest cutthroat DDR4 RAM technology, and 3 GB of the good stuff at that, but when it comes to the actual RAM management, Samsung might have dropped the ball, judging from several forum threads and user reports. In a nutshell, Galaxy S6 owners are reporting a very aggressive RAM management, to the point where apps get constantly shut down, and there's 200-400 MB of RAM left only at any given time. Granted, Android's RAM usage is made this way, and the system feels best when most of the available RAM is utilized. The users have already reported this issue to Samsung, and there might be a software update in the future to bring on a more efficient RAM management - we can only imagine the app sprawling that will be happening on phones with Lollipop and 4 GB of RAM, of which there are already a few out there.

Leak: Xiaomi Mi5 rumored...It come with a 5.2" Quad HD display

Image
Xiomi's  the next flagship Mi5 is expected to get officially unveiled some time in the summer, but alleged real-life images and performance benchmarks of the handset have already leaked out. What's left to know, basically, are the actual specs, but now that space has been eventually filled, too, courtesy of the Chinese tech blogosphere. The Xiaomi Mi5 is expected to sport a 5.2" display, the whopping 4 GB of RAM, and a Snapdragon 810 chipset. The rest of the rumored specs sound like a dream come true for any Xiaomi fan, too - a 16 MP camera with an OIS system to keep it steady, a fingerprint scanner embedded in the home key, and at least a 3000 mAh battery.  This is all in the speculation pipeline, though, while the Chinese tech blogger only confirms the 5.2" display with Quad HD resolution for the Mi5. In any case, the handset should be no slouch, and, knowing Xiaomi, it will come at a pretty good price range, too. Source: PA

Intex launches Aqua Power+ @Rs 8999..it comes with 4000mAh battery

Image
Intex release Aqua Power+ with large 4000 mAh battery smartphone which has been officially launched at Rs 8999. The handset is a mid-range release and its main highlight is a huge power pack rated at 4000mAh, which is even larger than what you’d find on most flagship handsets. the Intex Aqua Power+  is the upgraded version of the original smartphone which was launched back in December with a slightly lower retail tag of Rs 8444. While a lot has been improved in the new model, there are a couple of downgrades as well. Firstly, the 5-inch display no longer offers FWVGA visuals as the panel is now a 720p HD touchscreen. It  doubled to 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The Intex Aqua Power+ phone even has a microSD card slot. What’s disappointing is that the 1.4GHz octa core processor has been replaced with a 1.3GHz quad core MediaTek SOC. There’s no word on whether the battery life has been affected due to the hardware changes. The company has also tweaked the Intex A

For Selfie lovers.....Vivo bring 32MP ultra-detailed front-facing camera for its X5 Pro.

Image
Vivo just teased that its upcoming device will allow you to take ultra-detailed 32MP selfies. Yep, you read that right! The front-facing camera of the Vivo X5 Pro will probably let you see all of your little imperfections, wrinkles, and blemishes. Jokes aside, we highly doubt that Vivo will actually put such a camera sensor in its upcoming device; it's way more probably that the actual camera will be much smaller (probably 8 or 13MP) and the phone will make use of a software image interpolation. This technology, which is also used by Oppo, takes a few shots simultaneously and digitally stitches them together in order to create an ultra-detailed high-res image. the upcoming X5 Pro will also sport 2.5D curved glass and rounded metal frme  as well as a 3,500mAh battery, probably 3GB of RAM and a 6-inch display. Android 5.0 Lollipop with Vivo's Funtouch OS UI will be powering the device. The device will be powered by the 64-bit Snapdragon 615 and will be officially unveiled

LG said it's new flagship G4 cheaper than Galaxy S6 in Germany.

Image
LG G4  have been claiming that the company's most high profile flagship for the year will cost more than the Samsung Galaxy S6  With just a day left until we get official word (hopefully) on that, it's plausible for third-parties that find themselves a part of LG's distribution chain to now have a heads-up. This appears to be the case with select German retailers, who already have pricing info up on their sites. Dug out by  WinFuture , the prices are actually below expectations, as the 32GB version of the G4 is set to undercut its 32GB Samsung peer – it'll apparently cost between €679 and €689, which is €10 to €20 cheaper than the Galaxy S6. These prices are only for the 'base' model without fancy leather adorning its back. For that one, German buyers will have to whip out something along the lines of €729 to €739, which is obviously more expensive than the Galaxy S6, but still cheaper than the extravagant galaxy S6 edge. Also, do keep in mind that

Rumor: Sony Xperia P2 leakes images goes around with 4240mAh battary life.

Image
Just sound too good to be true, but with the modest update to the Xperia Z flagship Sony's hottest phone may land in a forgotten mid-range series. The Sony Xperia P2 borrows the transparent strip of its 2012 predecessors and spices up the looks with super-thin bezels. Leaked diagrams and specs point to a 5.2" Triluminos IPS screen with 1080p resolution, basically the same screen as the Xperia Z4. Side by side, however, the P2 looks tiny – 137.3 x 67.2 x 10.9mm. Compare that to LG G2's 138.5x 70.9 x 8.9mm. The screen glass will be beveled at the edges at a thickness of 0.8mm. Sony Xperia P2 sounds a bit thick, but the back is curved ranging from 8.9mm to 10.9mm. The payoff is the huge 4,240mAh battery inside, that's more than most phablets and the Moto Maxx/Turbo. Sony will allegedly revamp the camera department that hasn’t seen a major upgrade since the Xperia Z1. The new camera will have an Exmor RS sensor of the same size (1/2.3") but at lower resolu

Review: Huawei P8

Image
Introduction       The smartphone industry increasing widely and competetion is very high. Last year, Huawei managed to pique our interest with the Ascend P7 , its flagship phone that showed to us all that the company is capable of delivering a quality performing smartphone in a premium package – while also retaining a pretty svelte chassis. Staying relevant is key to long term growth, so knowing that, the company is hoping that its latest effort is enough to remain competetive. Design The P8 looks closely similar to its predecessor in the Ascend P7, so the same tradition to offering a premium design carries on with this. Sporting a hard lined design, one that’s uniformly flat both on the front and back, there’s clearly an edgy look to the entire package – accentuated further by its beveled edges. What’s most profound, though, is the premium touch that we get from the design with its new glass and metal design. the  HHuawei company was able to shave off just a smidgen
