Now It's time for BlackBerry users.........WhatsApp voice calling now out of beta for BlackBerry 10 users

Image
The new updated version of WhatsApp in BlackBerry World, version 2.12.1.2, happens to include voice calling as well as some other new features. Previously, only those rockin' the beta version of the app were able to use voice calling. With the update, BlackBerry users can make free VoIP calls to friends and family (even if they are overseas). Tapping Search from the actions list allows users to instantly search for individual messages, chats and contacts. Fonts on the app now match what is being used on BB 10.3. On the BlackBerry Classic  here is improved support for navigation and focus. Location messages show a larger map preview. Unknown parties that you are chatting with can have their information saved to the contacts list, and you can have a custom ringtone announce an incoming call from WhatsApp. Pictures, audio and video you receive from WhatsApp can now be filed by using year and months sub-directories. The update adds counts to the Favs/Groups/Contacts tabs when...

Galaxy S4 mini won't be get lollipop update due to memory limitations: Report

Image
It's a bad news for S4 mini users they can't update their Android version with lollipop 5.0 due to memory limitation. Why? Well, according to a tweet sent out by UK carrier  Three , TouchWiz based on Lollipop is just too memory hungry, and that makes it impossible for the Galaxy S4 mini's unimpressive hardware to ensure smooth performance. Unfortunately, it seems that the source here isn't just a random PR employee at the network provider – according to the aforementioned tweet, Samsung itself has confirmed that the S4 mini will be getting no love in this regard. T-Mobile restarted sales of Xperia Z3 with affordable discount.

Image
Earlier this month T-mobile tweeted about xperia Z3 that it stiopped sales and further not available from their carrier. Today, though, the exact opposite has happened. Namely, the Xperia Z3 is once again up for grabs from T-Mobile. Again, there's no explanation for these moves, the handset just showed up in the carrier's online store. Furthermore, it's now a lot cheaper than it used to be. So that will be good news for prospective buyers. The full price you need to pay for the Xperia Z3 is $499.92, down from the previous level of $630 The Sony Xperia Z3 is a T-Mobile exclusive in the U.S. and comes with a 5.2-inch screen carrying a 1080 x 1920 resolution. That works out to a pixel density of 424ppi. A quad-core 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 CPU drives the handset with the Adreno 330 GPU handling graphics. 3GB of RAM is inside along with 16GB of native storage. Of that amount, 11.8GB is available to the user. A 20.7MP snapper is on back with a 2.2MP camera on the front, re...

Android pissing on Apple's logo found in Google Maps....If u switch to " Satalite View" u can see it.

Image
The rivalry between Apple and Google will certainly remain one of the most heated ones in the tech world for some time. Both giants regularly takes light (and sometimes not so light) jabs at one another - in one of Apple's 2014 keynotes, Tim Cook referred to Google's Android as  "toxic hellstew of vulnerabilities" , while Google has also mentioned Apple a few times in its announcement events. Well, the rivalry took an unexpected and not-so-mature turn - the folks over at TeamAndroid have stumbled upon something pretty curious on Google Maps. If you navigate to the outskirts Rawalpindi, a large city in northern Pakistan, you'll come across an Android logo urinating over Apple's logo. The exact coordinates of the controversial image are N 33°30'52.5", E 73°03'33.2", you can check it out here. Source: PA

Applwe Watch now available for sale....but delivery takes months..:(

Image
Today, April 24, is the official launch of the long awaited Apple Watch. As we  reported  yesterday the Watch will be sold exclusively online until Apple can meet the demand. Indeed Apple Watch is only available for purchase online as of today, but it is on backorder. Fortunately, the Apple Watch is available for testing and exploring at Apple Store Retail, so at least you can see it live before making a decision. Apple also included a detailed sizing guide for those of you who can't go to an Apple Retail Store. You can learn more about the Apple Watch editions at the official Apple Store page. If you want one, you should hurry up as the shipping may soon change to July or August. Hopefully Apple won’t introduce a successor this September.

Rumor: HTC Butterfly 3 reveals 13MP selfie camera with 4K recording.

Image
HTC will most likely once again differentiate its flagship offering for the Japanese market with a new Butterfly device, and  not  the One M9. Of course, at this point we can't confirm this, but a new HTC device, dubbed Butterfly 3 (J Butterfly HTV31) has been spotted making a pass through CompuBench, revealing specs in the process. According to the benchmark, the HTC Butterfly 3 will rock a 5.1-inch display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels, good for a pixel density of 576 ppi. Interestingly enough, previous rumors have suggested a slightly larger, 5.2-inch panel, so it is possible that we're witnessing what is a typical GFXBench/CompuBench error, and the screen really is that large. Moving on, we're looking at Qualcomm's 64-bit, octa-core Snapdragon 810 with an Adreno 430 graphics and 3GB of RAM. The device has 32 gigs of built-in storage and makes use of a 20-megapixel main camera (most likely the same Toshiba sensor found in the One M9), along with, a...
